Yeah, whatever.
My name is Tar-Calion and I am a Swedish Warcraft III junkie who has been playing around with the World Editor since I was nine. Currently my age is thirteen and I am working with an overwhelming amount of different projects whenever I feel like. Although that probably isn't a very great way of having them finished.
Anyhow, I doubt I could be anymore organised than I currently am (not at all, that is... :ugly:).
My currently greatest and most inachievable project is something that I call The Adventures of Rhonin... it's going to be an epic single-player game where you play as a Mage Apprentice named Rhonin, who is half-elf. It's supposed to be a very long game with an interesting plot and a plethora of different characters, some of which become your enemies and some who become your friends. One of the intentions of the game is that you shall have a limited ability to actually affect the storyline by taking responsibility of how you interact with other characters (who will be able to answer and interact with you both in gameplay and cinematic mode) and how you solve the different problems that occur, although the overall experience of the game is intended to be the same no matter how shitty your behaviour is.
The main map of this game is an epic-sized (256 x 256) map representing the above-ground part of The Violet Citadel. "Underneath" this is of course a 256 x 256 map of the Dalaran Dungeons as well as smaller maps for certain parts of the city, like the Library and probably the Chamber of Air, though I haven't gotten that far yet.
This is one of my long-term projects and will probably not be finished neither this year nor the coming, so I try to focus on smaller projects in order to have at least something to present to you. "Warcraft III Ultimate DJ Battle" is what I've named one of those projects. It's about YOU (a young DJ wannabe) and the Azeroth Annual DJ Championship final. You haven't got any money, but you're desperate to get in and will use any means to get to the front row.
I won't reveal any information about the characters or anything else about the story but it's all centered around electronic dance music :)grin:), great story and EPIC special effects.
I like that word. EPIC.
I'm not really a hardcore modder of any kind, at most I'll drop in a few custom models or skins, but I suspect that some of my projects will require a bit more advanced modding than what I'm used to, and frankly I don't think I'm very good at that. So if anyone against all human presumption would feel tempted to help me with that or just generally show engagement in what I do it would make me very happy.
Count with me... in the future!
