Playing in team

Is there any clan/team/association/group of players that is playing I would like to hear your impressions on team games?

I currently don't have team and most of my friends don't have heroes so I haven't played :/

I believe that there is one but wait until the Clan system being implemented, that's where you will see more concentrations of these.
