Player cannot transfer gold?

All 10 players in my map can transfer gold to their teammates, except for player 11. Anyone know what might be causing this?

could it be that player 11 is not on there team

Just to restate the problem: Player 11 (brown) cannot give nor recieve gold from players on his team. If you go to the gold transfer menu, click in 100 or so gold to brown, and click ok, nothing happens. Please...any experts out there know what could cause something like this...maybe some kind of error in the map script? (I did some manual scripting).

Just look at the download counter: 685 times downloaded since yesterday...the ROC dota community needs your help!

Are there options like setting alliances differently?
Because gay TFT dota either does it in one of two ways:
1: setting increments to 0
2: Making allies neutral with shared vision instead of actual allies
