i would need a model of the "plague doctor"

you can see the whole model in the link, but the face is not that good, it should look more like in the picture

no sorry, it doesnt look that terrifying, its also female.
it should be:
-male
-grey/black shroud
-the animation like in the link would be cool, where he raises his arm

The clothes are actually team coloured, so getting it to be black isn't really that hard..

well but it is still female, also the mask is made out of metal, it just doesnt fit
