Pirate monsters

i need monsters for a pirate theme map...
anyone have some ideas??

Kraken - an enormous squid/octopus
Charybdis - massive whirpool that sucks ships
Leviathan - giant sea monster ???
Hydra - creep hydra in warcraft
Megalodon - monstrous shark
Sirens - maiden of the sea that drowns sailors
Harpies - drags sailors out of their ships

but what to use as model for kraken, charybdis, leviathan, megalodon...
i dont like the idea of using the ancient one and sea giants...

man that kraken is ugly... for an orpg, the leviathan i cant acess...
need more models...
