Perfectly connecting 2 object together?

How can I perfectly connect 2 objects together by that I mean when I use the mirror tool on half of my model then try to connect the light show its seperate still even when I use the attach tool

Man what's wrong with you?! As with the "How to attach vertices to bones" thread you made, you didn't specify what freakin software you're using! How do you expect a right answer?

I'll assume here that you use 3ds max, and therefore I tell you to just apply a symmetry modifier on that half of the mesh, don't mirror it or anything. Symmetry automatically welds the middle.
