It truly depends on your luck.
If it has been seen by mod, you are lucky enough that your map will be examined/test whether it will be approved or not.

If not, you just have to wait, or perhaps, bump ?

You can also PM moderator to examine your resource such as Spells / Maps / / Models / etc
