I think its the shading of the blade, it shouldn't follow the bend like that?

'samurai swords' ?
No, just no. None of these even look like katana, especially the one in the middle, which is a kris. The first one is way too big to be used by a samurai, the third one is close but still not samurai-ish. Katana are long and thin, but sharper than a razor . And that's why I disagree to your 'samurai swords' classification :>

As icons, however, they are pretty much awesome. Not too much details on each, making them perfect icons for equipment.

huh, they do look like samurai swords. they very nice and i like the way u made the shading highlights of the blades, different from the normal Blades.

Not katanas and not samurai weapons:
1nd - Broadsword/Saber. Used by common melle weapon users like pirates and maybe orcs.
2th - Its a kris. Kris is a dagger. Used by heretics and those other emo magicans.
3st - Close enough... but too thick. Longsword/Shortsword. Hard to tell.

Im not complaining about the images. They are great... The swords arent samurai weapons. thats all. Id give it a 3 or 4/5

Ok. just stop, they dont have to be samurai swords nor ninja swords assassin swords or anything. They are here too be used in a map and for anyone to use them.... so stop with the mindless complaining or im reporting it.

Now these are badass.. The second one is a bit cartoonish though.. Don't ya' think? I think it's lacking shading and such.
I like the last one, it looks.. Devastating.
