In my opinion you should turn the blue glow a red one and maybe also another texture for the shield to make it look more different to the warlock model

Yeah, but the warlock had a moving cape, you should assign your cape to those bones... if you didn't geomerge it on...

Just use raiders portrait. Overwrite the raider or import the portraitmodel again if u need him.
