[Trigger] Or/And Conditions

In the condition list theres a "Or, Any(Conditions) are true" and one that says "And, All(Conditions) are true."

What i dont get is under the "Or, Any(Conditions) are true" i put 2 conditions and expect the actions to take place when at least ONE of those is met which never happened. It only run the actions when both of those conditions are met. Anyone know why this happen?
