One hero alive at a time

Depends on your situation. The easiest way would be to limit them to just one hero and eliminate the ability to train or hire any more. Other ways might include setting their hero to a variable, and whenever a hero is made, either killing the old one and setting the new one to the variable, or checking to see if the new one is the same as the variable and deleting it if not (depending on what your desired result is).

It's like a normal meele game I have, just that when you train/revive a hero, the other heroes goes gray.

Thank you! I will check those suggestions out. :)
