[Spell] On Hit Spawn

Hey

Is there a rather simple way to make a spell, that gives a percentage chance to spawn an certain unit on hit?

Take a DDS, for example Damage Engine by Bribe.

Then, when a physical attack is detected, run a trigger checking if unit has ability and a math chance to see if it proc which will then create a unit on the action block.
