Old skin help/request

Hey there! I'm not sure if this is allowed or not, and if it's not please ignore this thread, but i was just hoping someone could help me by fixing this skin made by Katana. http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Skins&ID=1514&sid=
It's an old skin submitted at the wc3sear and it looks like the maker will not return to warcraft but i really need the skin for my map. Is it possible for someone to copy the skin and fix it for me and submit it here?

Katana will be credited in my map.
