Please Repair it

Hi I am making 2 maps "Pirates Of The Caribbean" "Pirate RPG".
I really need some models that are broken (in case you think that my map is not good here is what I got in it: spawns, levels, caves, ladders, Ships that unload units and the units are ordered to attack.)
The models that I really want and need and request is these models:

Well we can't fix that.

I think what he means is that the models he wants are currupted (causing wc3 to crash) and was wondering if someone can repair the models so they work.

Those are only skins and can be saved. I told him how to do on chat, but some people just never learn.

However, there is a need to redo the alpha channel, it can be done with comparing original skins from mpq.
