Old Models help

I was looking at old models and found one that i wanted to download. when i downloaded it there we no files in the folder, no .blp .mdx or a readme file nothing~. i dont know what this problem is ive done everything(just about) turned off firewall, extracted all files but nothing if anyone knows what the fudge is going on can you please tell me?

Get a better extraction program. They all show up for me

And make sure you either have:
1: Winzip
2: WinRAR (recommended)
3: Windows XP or an operating system with a built-in extraction program
