Nice idea but not that outstanding model.
Might be great as a skin...

You need more changes. But the parts that are modified look great. The skin on the beard is a bit weird. Change the files to .BLP and in my opinion the mustache is no good.

Maybe get somebody to reskin him with leather armor and more of a blueish-green skin.
