I surfed this up a few days ago, I think it went like this

Violet eyes= 3rd most rarest
Such a dark brown that it apears black= 2nd most rarest
Red eyes= rarest

The colours I stated here is found in Albinos only.

eye colour :3

And I saw something about Alexander the great washing his hair in Saffron, (Most expensive spice(11$ per gram)) to give it a orange colour.
