Npc doesn't want to cast spells?

I have a problem with that i have created an npc that has 4 spells, but he does only want to cast one of them. The spells are following: An storm bolt attack (Does cast), Bladestorm, War Stomp and a custom spell (I think its source ability is Fan of Knives, just a guess). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

They will only cast Warstomp, Fan of Knives and Bladestorm if at least 3 targets are in melee range.

Unless you trigger it to cast when you command them to.

Yea, but if you gonna trigger it, make sure your 4 ability types are different from each other, else NPC will cast wrong one.
