Any modeller is entitled to do whatever they like to a model on their own PC as long as they don't distribute it without the authors permission, and he's asking you so where's the problem?
He told knoche to ask me, when he should actually ask me himself.
On every description on my models and skins, I putted a message that any people shall agree about when they use my resource. And it says "Please DO NOT distribute or modify this resource without permission.", and it is very much likely that other modellers write it in their resource descriptions (like olofmoleman and General Frank).
Bloody_Turds failed to follow the agreement and edited my model without my permission.
Oh well, I stand corrected becuase if you downloaded it from hive then you agreed not to modify without permission. I suggest you seek it retrospectively.
