no/disabling gold & lumber transfer

hey guys, how to i disable sending gold / lumber to allies? does it require a trigger or something?

What emperor_d3st posted(and I corrected ) is an "Action".
As emperor_d3st said you can find it in the actions list under Game - Set Map flag.

you can also change the respective values in gameplayconstants to 0
