Ok this is a simple game where you give names of real life locations to match some WOW locations.

For example Echo isles - Hawaii islands

Very simple, give it a try..

I don't see how trolls are related to any Polynesian culture at all. They may be islanders, but I'm sure as hell trolls are based more on Jamaicans than anything else.

... Uh...

Ok, I'm VERY rough on America terrain, but Durotar is on the eastern coast of Kalimdor. And here's a rough picture of Azeroth

And, well, uh... I can't see the connection. Infact, isn't NY a city? Durotar is a large red canyony area, not a developed city

To be exact, there's more in common between the Undermine and Australia, seeing as the Undermine is a southern continent with rainforests, deserts and possibly beaches and resorts. Also I think there might have been some extinct volcanoes there, and trust me: There are HEAPS of extinct volcanoes here. There's one that has a large lake where the crater used to be. Its not as mountainy as you would expect, but its still hard on the legs to walk over

Durotar I would immagene is based more off those red canyony areas in America
