New to modeling

im new to modeling, i want to learn i really do but ive been searching for hours now for progs and stuff, came across this site so i signed up.

Apparently gmax is the staple free modeler that people use for wc3 tft but the creators axed it, and no site has it for dl. this site has the gmax toolpack but not gmax itself

maybe it does and im missing something, could someone post a link or send me an email with gmax or some other easy to use modeling program in it

it would be so much appriciated
