I can do that, what type of story do you want and how long do you want it. I specialise in short stories. I can write in most genres, so just tell me what style perhaps with a link to an example, what type of play style you want, certain elements you want included, like cliche startings, invincible heroes, Dragon Overlords, etc.

Ok here is some ideas i drew up so far..
I am looking for a storyline something along the lines of (how do i put this...?) Time lines and an evil plot to destroy the present to help harbor the destruction of the human alliance as well as bring on a demonic invasion of the land...
Some things i'd like to include along the way are:
1. The Horde and blood elves realize they are in danger of being wiped out and strike a pact with the alliance banding together to fight this demonic invasion...
2. a hero from each race or maybe atleast 2-3 heros (horde and alliance) follow the <time disruptor> the guy changing the past to forge a new future for evil...
that is all i have for now but if u got anything to add to improve on these ideas feel free to comment

How about something like.
A demon overlord looks over his minions, they had been strifing hard to make portal so he could infuse his dark magics into it making a portal to the world. human and orc scouts from the Jaina-Thrall's Horde & alliance Pact of Alliance spot a portal opening the first demon scouts walk through the scouts hurry back to the human-orc outpost nearby to tell their surpiorors of there findings.

Something with timelines? Fine…
Kil'jaeden the Deceiver, clever and powerful, disguised himself as a red dragon and paid a visit to one of the high ranked members of the bronze dragonflight- Netherormu. Kil'jaeden used his power to blind Netherormu's visions of the future, and caused him to believe that if the future to survive Arthas Menethil must perish before he would turn into a Death Knight.
Young and powerful Orcish shaman (give me sometime and I will come up with a name) sensed the danger and feared that it may undo the events of mount Hyjal and his people redemption. He immediately went to his head shaman and informed him about the danger. But the head shaman canceled the threat and mocked him. Despite his people apathy, the young shaman traveled to the east, to Silvermoon, in order to seek help from the new members of the Horde, the blood elves.
However, he quickly discovered that the blood elves aren't so excited to help him either, and even glad to hear that Arthas present will never occur.
Almost letting the despair to overwhelm him, the orc finally met an ally. An Arcanist, who sensed the danger as well. The two agreed that in order to save time, they must find someone who can bend it to his will.
The Arcanist said then that there is only one mortal he knows of who is capable of doing such a thing. Unfortunately, that man is imprisoned… within Stormwind's Vault.

Something thats not common eh? How about when illidan was performing the spell to destroy the lich king that malfurion/tyrande/maiev stopped it broke part of northend which slowly drifted to Teldrasil. It slowly thawed out and it contained an army of vampire penguins which plan to use the trees energies to summon the rest of their army from the frozen norths to conquer azeroth. The alliance and the horde have to combine to fight this threat...

I think Anetherond's storyline follows to much of Day of the Dragon in my opinion. :|

There are so many stuff out there , in the world , that you can say that nothing we create its original -.- although i dont think i ever heard the vampire penguin theory anywhere :-? yeah go with the pengins. Penguins FTW !!!

How bout this... Basing this off your orignal idea of Horde and alliance joining together. so here goes.
As the tension fades between the Horde and Alliance and the realisation of the futility of the great war they have been fighting begins to sink in a trouble stirs in the dark.
Cairn bloodhoof awakes in the middle of night to the sounds of fighting just outside his great hall. He suites up and grabs his great axe and slams open the doors to the great hall. A shock comes to his face as he see's his brothers fighting amongst each other. Tauren dead on the ground, all slain by their own kind.
He lets out the mightiest of roars and ready's his axe to slay what ever foul monstrosities are present. He knows a powerfull magic is afoot, no tauren would ever harm a fellow brother.
ANy way basically a possible story could be that a strange power is making races fight against their own kind (charm ftw) so humans vs humans orcs vs orcs till they realise they need to ally in order to save their nations and drive what ever creature is doing this back to the depths it came from.

I would like to contribute to this with an idea of my own
I love creating story lines.
During the birth of the Lich King much of Azeroth was in total war and chaos. Blood and hatred spilled across the lands of Azeroth like a plague killing millions of innocent people. When the Lich King began practicing this great new powers of commanding the scourge there was a human brigade in the Eastern Kingdoms known as the Chaots. They were the most notorius band of bandits, assassins, and thieves that the world has ever seen.
Capable of even stealing from well fortified Citidels as well as being clever enough at killing more than 4 kings of the past human order dating way back before the beginning of the orc and human war. The Chaot's leader, Baron Xarox Devilouse was the immortal leader who lead this clan for more than 5000 years. He was believed to have made a deal with Sargaras ages ago for disrupting order with the killings of several royal members of the human empire. With the success of his task, he was granted immortaily but it proved quite fatal for him as the years passed by.
He began to become haunted of the dead of which he'd slain so carelessly which threw him into a rage. The baron began killing his own followers without regret almost obliterating the entire clan from existance untill human solders of he imperial army discovered him and captured him. He lives even to this day in an imperial prison for all of eternity.
The baron's madness lead to the death of 150000 clansmen obliterating 9/10th of the whole clan from existance. Now as war continues on and death and terror beckons and stirs, Samutome Azeromin, a charismatic and prestigious survivor of the baron's fury decided to revive the chaots. Gathering the rest of the survivors who agreed to revive the clan he begins in a quest to revive the clan.
If he is to accomplish this though, he must do several things. He must first get the full devotion and loyalty of human criminals by first killing a member of the royal family and to attract the attention of criminals in hiding to join the band. The second objective is to go into the hearts of the imperial prison to rescue all captives in return of full loyalty to the clan. The rescue though will not allow for the rescuing of the baron as his fury could sparkle again resulting in the same genocide ages ago. The final step of clan reincarnation is to travel to the elven city of Quel' thalas to rescue all captives there. The greatest madman are captive in the area so the addition of such brutes would prove devestating to enemies of the Chaots.
If these criteria are accomplished, global conquest can begin. The steps would involve stoping an orc assult on human forces to first gain their trust in allying with the clan as well as fighting a naval war in the Maelstorm to get access to the Port of Femtrum. This is otherwise known as the empire of criminals housing the famous black market. With the humans as allies they can provide ships to advance and besiege the port. This would allow all criminals in Azeroth to become loyal to the Chaots enacting phase 2 of global conquest.......
Phase 2 is a continuation campaign to continue what will happen next with global conquest.
