Neutral Hostiles

Hey guys its me again I was wondering on how could I make neutral hostiles attack only when attacked and they ignore by passers but if the neutral hostiles how should I call them babies or spawnlings beside them get attacked they attack too its hard to understand but heres an example (Troll stationed beside a troll shaman if the troll gets attacked the troll attacks the attacker and the shaman beside him attacks the attacker too) is there a trigger for this or something else to enable this?

You'll have to trigger it. For example, put the camps into groups and pause them and if anyone in the group takes damage, unpause the whole creep camp.
A triggerless way is to make all creeps sleep 24/7
