There's a whole forum about Warcraft III (and Reforged). This is only open for issues relating to computers (such as Windows or hardware problems).
You might want to write there or maybe the moderator will move your post here:

Other than that, your game installation seems to be broken if I see the picture. Most notably, the registry ones.
What game version are you currently using?

This is the same version that I currently playing on.

As you may have noticed, the default path for placing the custom campaigns on Warcraft III is "C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Warcraft III\Campaigns" if you are using 1.29.2.
It feels like you have both 1.27b and 1.29.2 installed, so the game still recognizes the data from 1.27b, which is literally confusing because it might led to that bug (when you select custom maps and campaigns) since 1.27b's data was still placed directly inside the game folder instead of the Documents one.
If this happened, you'll need a registry trick. Under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III", you make a new string value called "InstallPath" or something similar. Then, add the string to the correct Warcraft III installation path. Remember that, this trick is not recommended as it might led to various issues with your system.
