Need simple spell

Hey, i need a simple spell for my project, i just need spell like scare, when clicked until releases Roar, like battle cry but only thing it does is scare neutral, passive units to run away, I would really appreciate that!

Well i need something that will last around 5-7 seconds, and whit out dmg

Pick every unit in range, then periodic that every .50 seconds. Use dynindex.

So neutral passives are at peace with the player? Do you have an AI for neutral passive? If not, then pick every unit in range and just order them tomove to a location offset by some range from their position towards the angle from caster to EnumUnit.

Well im N000B in map making so far, only thing i need is AoE spell, that does not deal dmg, and makes if possible neutral passive units to run around like headless chickens
