Need quick recolor of model!!!

I'm working on a map that I have been currently been at for a week now and all the characters are based off of people I know. One of them being me, I found a model of Squall from Final Fantasy that left me in awe. So I want to use that, but i have black hair.. So if someone could take this model:

And just edit the hair to black and the eyes to green I would be so thankful!!!
Seriously please someone help =(
I can't do it myself because I have tried downloading several War3Model Editors and my laptop won't let any of them work. And I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be too hard, so please someone help. I'll post my map on here when it's done and I receive the model. HELP! D= sad:
