Need Icon!!! PLs make one for me

I request an icon. It should be something like "metamorphosis" but instead of demon(ilidan) face, it must be wolf face. Pls someone make or find this icon for me!!! i need this icon for my spell! Werewolf will metamorph to wolf.

There are wolf icons in the game, what would make this one more special? More details please.

the icon should show taht the Werewolf (Hero) morphs into the wolf. For example http://hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/icons/2904/ but with wolfs.
