1. Find your picture (usually 300x150)
2. Go to imageshack.us
3. Upload the image
4. Get the forum link to the image with the [url=...
5. Paste it into your sig
6. Have fun

If this is a gif.. then you have to make sure that the image hoster accepts gifs... if it doesnt.. find another image hoster and do the same thing again...

well your problem is that when you uploaded the image, you put the Thumbnail Link into your signature, instead of the Full Image link.
The thumbnail link won't move and is smaller, the full image link is bigger and will move.
