can someone please help me add attachments to this model.
only head and origin have its attachment. and also rescale about 1.20 without messing the animation

can someone rescale this model by about 145% or 1.45 without screwing the animation.

just scale the models with the world editor.

You can scale your models using oinkerwincle's Geoset Translation tool. Note that you'll need the mdl/mdx converter, it's in the tools section.

As for the attachments: You could try to create them using mdlvis, there is a good tutotial, but it will cost you some time..
