Need help with mana ammo

I would like to have a spell to shoot your gun, but I don't know what ability to base it off of. I would like it to where I press a hotkey for the spell and click the zombie I want to shoot, and it would shoot as fast as I could. I don't want a stun, and it to cost one mana.

Also I want a chainsaw spell that costs no mana but has a 1.5 second cast time, and I don't know what spell to base it off of either. Please offer help and suggestions.

for shooting, you can use searing arrows?

I would perhaps use lifedrain for the chainsaw. Turn down the cast range to melee and change the color of the ray from green to red. Perhaps add a bloodeffect on target. Think it would look cool : )

for the shooting, wouldnt it be able to just use for example finger of death with low cooldown?

Chain lightning - Instant, no stun
Acid bomb - Non-instant, no stun, but buffs for at least 0.01 seconds (buff may have no effect)

For making a spell REALLY instant
Change your units Art - Animation cast point/backswing to 0
