Need help with cam system

I just tried importing this cam system into my mario kart map:

but i dont really understand how it works

Im not sure if this is possible but can anyone tell me how to make it so that by default everyones camera is 2D and... when player 1 types in "-3D", all human player's cameras turn to 3D mode and when player 1 types "-3D" again, all human's camera turn back to 2D??

Sorry, don't know nothing about jass. But textual commands are very easy to make. Just play a little with the trigger, and you will find

• Player - Chat Message

event that will allow you to change the camera. I am sure that there are several camera systems and textual commands explanations on this very site that would be enough for you. Search is still a mighty thing, bro.
