[SD/Misc] Need help rotating an effect?

I need help rotating this effect by 90 degrees for attachment, because right now its facing the wrong direction if attached to a unit's hand.
I don't know if it's possible to rotate effects.

But please take a look if you stumble on this request,

PS: Yes, this is an edited model, and I already got permission from Vinz to edit this effect for my use!
