Need help making "Repair" cost-free

I need help making the skill "Repair" cost no lumber or gold.... I tried setting the ability to 0 wherever I saw something mentioning "Costs" but when I tried to use it in-game, it told me I needed more lumber/gold.

Any suggestions?

You need to modify building's repair costs.

You need to change these fields, as I did.

Or if you want some workers still using the old expensive "Repair", base the new ability on "Heal". Choosable targets: mechanical units.
