need help custum skins!!

i have my custum skin and when i put it in the map my guy dont show up can some one help me?

Make sure the paths are all correct. On the skins download page look for the paths. Then in the import manager change them to the correct ones.

If the skinn path isn't correct it won't interfere with the model. This hapened to me when I made a skinn out of a very low quality .tga file and converted it to .blp. I used photoshop for that. Since then I've been using GIMP.
