[Solved] Need help attaching a model onto another model

Hello everyone!
I've recently been trying to make my own Watcher-faction dryad skin for a map I'm working on, but I've been struggling a bit to add one bit of the armor piece onto the model(credit for the armor piece goes to ujimasa hojo).
