Need an attack hability

My hero uses habilities instead normal attack, for this need mark a target than hit Q to attack this target (1 hit)
Im doing this> the enemies cant be hit by normal attack, and this Q skill forces the hero to storm bolt the target marked.... understood?

Need other skill that can do this instead the stormbolt cause the stun effect is not desirable, chain lightning cant be too
