[Trigger] Need a Spell that increases the damage taken

Hi!...
I need a Spell like Penitence in DotA, that increases the damage taken... I had one but after the 1.24 Patch it doesnt work any longer... If theres somebody out there with a matching Spell i would be very pleased, if he could send it to me! (in a little map would be perfect)
