Need a passive icon "master of wind"

Hello, I need an icon for a hero ability (So basicly I need a active, a disabled and a passive version of the icon) and the theme is that skills icnreases your other wind-based spells their dmg and reduces mana cost. So just something that looks like wind, clouds, air, and a magical touch. for example: something like the wind walk icon.

I tried making "wind walk" a passive icon (this way I only need to import 2icons: the passive and disabled passive), but I don't have any proffesional program to do it and the result sucked.
