I'm unsure about what you're asking. Are you asking someone to make you a custom melee map with Dragons, The Forsaken, Goblins and Gnomes for races?

I'm sure people don't like being bossed around by some other people that doesn't seems to be worthy.
In Project Recruitment, the author must at least partake about 25% of the map, so the recruited team also have a reason to keep up.

you could read this to search for crew members for your map or mod projects in development.
