There's no exact time on how long it takes to create a model. It can take weeks or even months depending on the modeller's skills, effort, time and motivation.
Models don't pop out like treats from vending machines you know.

And you should put more effort on your request and not be so demanding.
Why would you need a model of this monster? For a project/map of yours? Any progress, and screenshots of your progress to show that you're working on it?
