Need a Barbarian

I need a barbarian model, but i was kinda hopin it to be based off the metal golems, I was wondering if it could be smoothed and the horns removed, is this possible? (a portrait would be appriciated but is not nescesary)

just improvise with a grunt or something... i can skin a grunt to look humand (would have huge teeth though) but i cant model srry
