[Trigger] Name Changing Trigger?

Hey I am currently making a map and I was wondering, how do I make a trigger that lets players type -name then the name they want and change the players name to that name?For example if a player wants the name Uberness60039 they would do -name Uberness60039. Like in loap gangs XD

Event - Player X types a chat message containing -name as a part string
Actions - Set name of Triggering Player to Substring(Entered Chat String, 6, Length of Entered Chat String)
