Before i start with my comment on the terrain: Could you please add next time or even here, some short description about the picture or map, so we should know what this is about, cause then it would be easier to comment.
That said, lets see the terrain then.

For playable map its pretty okey.( Its supposed to be playable yeah?)but there are somethings what could be better.
* The map seems flat atm, so i guess your gona fix it anyway, but i still say that, if you didnt had that idea.
* Some of the trees seems to be in houses, so maybe changing size or place to fix it would be great.
* For me, the terrain has atm lack of doodads, so add some more IMO.

Oh yes...i'm forgot adding other description -.-"
it's a farmstead/a tiny village located in the middle of a forest...
and yes,it was playable

and here's the new one that's looks so...
