Murloc Invasion
By sagi5533 ([The]Blood_Head)
Gameplay:I like the way you already put the building, and the only thing to do is just upgrade it. Another thing I like is the upgrades on the barracks, you need to upgrade the barracks to get more new units.
The heroes' spell buttons is kinda a mess, especially when learning it. You should arrange it well, its doesn't look good.
The bonus question is great, it made a really good feature to this map. But actually, if possible, it would be great, if you can add some limitation to it, why? Because, you can choose all the choices, even you choose the wrong answer in the first choice you made.
The Murlocs is balance, as well as the bosses, making the map more challenging, nothing much to say about it.
Aesthetics:The description is looking good. It has map information, and features. Also, it has screenshots, to make it more attractive.
By the way, fix that in your description, and add some version to your map's name. For example, Murloc Invasion V.1.0.
The terrain is just a small island, with a good placement of doodads, tiles, and so on.
Verdict:I didn't manage to finish it, and find something more about your map, because I got disconneted while playing. Anyways, I will rate it 3/5, and voting for approval.![]()

When I give a rating, it depends on the review I gave. Like for example, if there's a lot of issues such as missing tooltips, imbalance. Then, if its updated or fix, I will increase the rating.may i ask though why 3/5 since your revoew seemed positive![]()

This map needs atleast 2 players(However for fun game suggested 4) As I triggered it to fit multiplayer (once there's one player in the game he wins). If you really want I can send you a version that can fit 1 player however it will be kinda useless after the Murlocs wavesQuick question:
Is this map playable and balanced for only 1 player? I'd play it cause I like to kill murlocs
(I'm on my phone now, so I can't download and see)
Is the map protected?
TLDR Version
- Functional base builder/survival
- Indirect pvp (outlast your opponents to win)
- Multiplayer only
~ Map Approved
Base builder survival map.
Aesthetically, I found the map to very pleasant, the terrain was suitable and the custom music was a nice touch.
The map works fine, though I personally disagree with many of the balance/map design choices here.
A large number of players lost pretty early as they did not build a market (hence had no income).
To me this is an issue for a few reasons.
- If you make the mistake of building towers early, and have no money to build a market; you are dead.
- Buildings such as the market have a fixed location, you cannot choose where to build them.
> Hence if there is building that is vital and has a fixed location; why not just give everyone one at the start?
It seems very arbitrary to force players to construct their own base while at the same time limiting certain required buildings to be placed in certain areas.
Other Design Gripes
- Found combat units rather pointless outside of boss rounds
- Lumber/gold income ratio was off; you always have a lot of surplus lumber
- Having an income timer than ran separately from the wave timer was odd. Not inherently bad, but I did find it strange.
