Multishot Problem

I have a problem with my multishot ability. I set it to have 3 levels, but as my hero levels up the multishots do the same damage as the hero does, no matter what i set the damage to in the object editor. Does anyone know whats wrong?

If it's a spell, go to spell editor and there will be something like "Damage-Hero" and "Damage-Unit" (not sure) and change Level 1, 2, 3 at both.
