MPQ editing

Does anyboby remember the dark days of RoC hen the world editor was limited and you had to mess around with the games MPQ archives in order to make new spells etc.

Did anyone ever get tha hang of it? The only thing I ever managed to do was make my own Horadric cube recepies for Diablo 2

it was a bitch, you couldnt make anything new, instead you had to redefine the aspects of already existing spells and items.

Was fun when i got rich on diablo2 by making loads of expensive items out of health potions and arrows though
