if it was that easy, there would be a ton of models. You also need the necessary programs and such, but if you just want to edit some models, use the magos model editor which has some basic model editing. Also, there ARE tutorials in the 3d modeling section of the forums but modeling still isn't something you can get started on just because you feel like it.
