[SD/Modeling] model wrong rotation

hi, got problem with model rotation when i order him walk or attack he do it but in wrong position in video you can see it too, i try fix it in mldvis with manualy rotation, i made it, in game he walk and attack corectli but i destroyed model, hope somebody can help my with this
