Model/Texture Issue

Hello! i'm newbie and i need a aura Sasuke Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan , Kakashi Mangekyou Sharingan and Itachi Mangekyou Sharingan . I download a file .JPG and i edit 128x128px 24bit but have a square outside that sharingan . Why and how to remove that square and become circle ? Thank you!
P/s : Sorry for my English because i'm from Vietnam and don't delete this post please i need help . If this post not for this please move . Thank you very much ^^!
